When it’s an All-Star game it is hard to know who’s who but we have seen all of these prospects play multiple times and we have the player breakdown.
6A All-Stars
6’5 CG Collin Chandler Collin Chandler 6'5" | CG Farmington | 2022 State #28 Nation UT || Farmington High School || 2022 ||
Collin was displaying his long range shooting ability as he led all scorers with 25 points and it’s easy to see why he is one of the top players in the country heading to BYU. The kid has a motor and although he didn’t get many open looks he was able to put up big numbers. He can score against the best defenders in the country and against some semi soft defense he is always going to have his way.
6’8 SF Devin Carlson Devin Carlson 6'8" | SF Bingham | 2022 State UT || Bingham High School || 2022 ||
Devin is a sleeper. With only a few schools that have offered Devin he is truly a player that could be a big steal. He is athletic and he has a motor to play the 4 at the next level. He is stepping out and shooting better from deep and the perimeter and he still has room to develop.
6’0 PG Evan Young Evan Young 5'11" | PG American Fork | 2022 State UT || American Fork High School || 2022 ||
Often overlooked because he plays on a team that distributes the ball and spreads the scoring but he can play. He has really changed his game over the years that has decreased his scoring but he did it to help the team in other ways like defense and assist. Smooth little PG that can score.
6’6 SG Dylan Jones Dylan Jones 6'6" | SG Westlake | 2022 State UT || Westlake High School || 2022 ||
Still remains one of the best shooters out west that has division 1 size and shooting ability but could land at a D2 and play right away. He is strong and playing at Westlake has really developed his defense. Great prospect at the next level in the right situation.
6’5 Yaw Reneer Yaw Reneer 6'5" | CG American Fork | 2022 State UT || American Fork High School || 2022 ||
Another player that does it all and because he is such a high level defender he has the opportunity to suit up for someone and make an immediate impact. Has an looks from schools like Air Force, and Salt Lake CC.
5A All-Stars
6’2 PG Nick Clark Nick Clark 6'3" | SG Orem | 2022 State UT || Orem High School || 2022 ||
Nick is on the long list of PG’s in the state that have potential at the next level. He can really go and create with his ability to create space. Could play off the ball as well.
6’9 SF Jaxon Heiden Jaxon Heiden 6'9" | PF Alta | 2022 State UT || Alta High School || 2022 ||
Not a sleeper anymore as he is getting more looks as the season has ended and look for him to get some more with him playing on the Adidas 3SSB Circuit this Spring/Summer. He can score form the outside and he has the body that can really turn into a solid stretch big at the next level, especially with his passing ability and court vision.
6’2 PG Truman Burningham Truman Burningham 6'2" | PG Timpview | 2022 State UT || Timpview High School || 2022 ||
The list continues as Truman is another PG with play-making ability. What has stood out the most is his consistent play that allows him to take what the defense is giving him. He can shoot and he can get to the rim. Truman can also handle pressure with his handle.
6’7 W Dane Christensen Dane Christensen 6'7" | SF Orem | 2022 State UT || Orem High School || 2022 ||
Sleeper big wing that can go inside and outside. Really like his game as it translates more at the next level than at the high school level. He needs to get on a campus and workout for a team as they will see what he can do.
