Here are six stock risers after the HS season:
Isaiah Hill Isaiah Hill 5'11" | PG Premier Prep Tucson | 2024 State AZ Pueblo +50
A quick-twitch guard plays fast and can throw some dimes to teammates. His ability to score it easily from all three levels makes him the biggest stock riser in the 2024 class.
Dante “Te” Brooks Dante “Te” Brooks 6'5" | SF Skyline Prep | 2024 State AZ Phhoenix Prep +38
An inside and out lefty forward can score it multiple ways. He is very good in transition, he can hit the 3pt shot plus from mid-range. He rebounds well and can push the ball up the court.
Aidan Schmidt Aidan Schmidt 6'3" | SF Casteel | 2024 State AZ Casteel +24
A strong framed wing forward can shoot it from mid to the 3pt line. He uses his thicker body and brawn to rebound the ball and plays aggressively throughout a game.
Connor Thornton Connor Thornton 6'3" | SF Sunrise Mountain | 2024 State AZ Sunrise Mountain +12
Another talented small forward can score it from all three levels. He hits the 3 and mid off the catch and likes touching the paint to use the floater or scoring with either hand.
Izaih Johnson Izaih Johnson 5'9" | PG Basha | 2024 State AZ Basha +12
A barrel chested strong pure point guard for the Bears had a good year. He uses his tight handle and strength to get into the lane and score through contact. He can hit shots from mid to the 3pt line.
Braeden Speed Braeden Speed 6'3" | CG Brophy Prep | 2024 State AZ Brophy Prep +5
Speed has been has been one of the best players in the AIA all season long. His defense is second to none from his class in the AIA with his quick-twitch athleticism, instincts, awareness and toughness. He also has improved his 3pt stroke, making him tougher to defend.
