#67 Leroy Hamilton Leroy Hamilton 6'2" | PG Oscar Smith | 2022 State VA | 6’2” CG | Oscar Smith
Hamilton didn’t get a conventional junior season, but this summer with Team Push he showed he belongs as much as anyone in these rankings and he’s been on fire for his senior season so far as well. The 6’2” combo is a dynamic scorer who is shifty off the bounce and can create space, he can score it from all three levels and he has the ability to make others better as well.
#74 Kenny Page Kenny Page 5'9" | PG Kecoughtan | 2022 State VA | 5’9” PG | Kecoughtan
Page had flown under the radar on the Peninsula playing alongside Western Carolina commit DJ Campbell, but he has really come into his own and showed he’s a big time scorer despite his height. He’s long and explosive when he gets downhill with great hang time and body control, he has a quick first step and blow by speed and he just makes things happen when he has the ball in his hands.
#94 Markel Godwin Markel Godwin 6'4" | SG Bethel | 2022 State VA | 6’4” SG | Bethel
Godwin, whose brother Marquis was a standout at both Hampton High and currently at Hampton University, has been a late bloomer but he is part of a very talented Bethel team that has surprised a lot of people in the PD this year. Much like his brother Markel is a knock down shooter from deep with good range and consistency, he can put it on the deck and create space and he has a knack for hitting timely shots and playing well against good competition.
#101 Marcus Scott Marcus Scott 6'4" | SG Atlantic Shores | 2022 State VA | 6’4” SG | Atlantic Shores
Scott started to make a name for himself in the summer and in the fall, and he has been one of the top players in the 757 this season. At 6’4” he has good size and a great frame in the backcourt, he can play on or off the ball and is capable as both a scorer and a playmaker and will take either role to help his team win and he rebounds and defends well for his position as well.
#105 Collin Hines Collin Hines 6'4" | SF Norview | 2022 State VA | 6’4” SF | Norview
Hines, whose older brother Jahn is a star at CNU right now, flew under the radar for a few years but is the leader of an up and coming Norview team and would be a great look for a number of schools. The 6’4” forward has long arms and is a good athlete around the rim, he’s a good shooter who can knock it down and has a killer pump fake and he’s an all-around player who can do a little bit of everything to help his team.
