St. Stephen's & St. Agnes | 2022
State
VA
| 6’1” CG | St. Stephen’s St. Agnes | Committed to Buffalo
Ceaser blew up this summer as he picked up double digit offers over the two weekends of the DMV Live period at DeMatha, and chose to head to the MAC for a Buffalo team that has seen themselves in the national rankings multiple times over the past few years and has had success in March. It may sound crazy, but Ceaser has a special ability with his speed and athleticism that could see him get paid a lot of money to play this game at the highest level with improvement, as he plays like he’s shot of a cannon, he has unbelievable quickness and end-to-end speed, he comes at you over and over again and never gives you a break, he competes on both ends of the floor and he brings a Russell Westbrook type of intensity to his game.

Bishop O'Connell | 2022

VA
| 6’4” SF | Bishop O’Connell | Committed to Towson
May was another DMV prospect who blew up over the summer with Team Takeover, and he quickly became one of the most sought after mid major wings and should have a very good career in the CAA as he can impact the game in different ways and play multiple roles for his team. The 6’4” wing is a good athlete who can play above the rim and uses his athleticism defensively to guard the other team’s best player, he can knock down shots from deep and has improved in his ability to put it on the deck and get to spots in the midrange and knock down shots, his improvement over the past few years bolds well for him moving forward and his defensive ability could see him getting early time for the Tigers.
#18 Miles Webb Miles Webb 6'7" | PF St. Stephen's St. Agnes | 2022 State VA | 6’7” PF | St. Stephen’s St. Agnes | Committed to St. Francis (PA)
Webb has the chance to be a huge steal in NEC, as he already has good versatility and still has a lot of room to grow as a player, and with his mix of size, skill and athleticism his ceiling is very high in that league. At 6’7” he’s able to put it on the deck and get downhill where he can finish at and above the rim, he’s a smooth athlete who runs the floor like a guard and can handle it in transition himself, he has improved in his ability to make shots from deep and in the midrange and he really thrives on the defensive end where he moves his feet well to stay in front of wings and guards and he rebounds well on both ends of the floor.

Campbell

Kecoughtan | 2022
State
VA
| 6’1” PG | Kecoughtan | Committed to Western Carolina
When it comes to creating a culture for a program under a new staff, Head Coach Justin Gray landed a great one in Campbell who has been one of the top players in the 757 over the past few years and brings a lot of winning qualities to his team and will set the program up for success. He’s a true floor general who has total command of the game, he can both score it off the bounce and make plays for others, he has terrific feel and IQ on both ends of the floor, he competes at a high level and he’s a natural leader who players will follow.

Anthony Davis

Davis
6'5" | SF
Miller School | 2022
State
VA
| 6’5” SF | Miller School | Committed to Fairfield
Davis chose Fairfield over a handful of schools in the area, and he has a great style for the MAAC that should fit well from day one with his mix of athleticism, high motor and toughness he brings to his team. The 6’5” wing is built like a grown man and plays like one as he rebounds well for his position and outmuscles guys around the rim, he’s a big time athlete who plays well above the rim and brings great energy to his team with it, he has improved in his ability to create off the bounce and knock it down from deep and he’s a versatile defender and plays much bigger than his size.
#24
Cavan Reilly

Reilly
6'4" | SG
Bishop O'Connell | 2022
State
VA
| 6’4” SG | Bishop O’Connell | Committed to Delaware
Reilly was a highly recruited player at the mid major level over the summer with DC Premier and at the DMV Live period, and he made a great fit choice heading to Delaware in the CAA where his shooting and defensive prowess will be a able to shine. The Blue Hens run a system that fits him well as they shoot a lot of threes and look for efficient shooters, and Reilly is just that as he has deep range and a quick release, he is consistent from deep and works well to get open, he can put it on the deck and is an underrated athlete as a finisher and he has good feel and IQ on both ends and plays with a good motor and toughness too.
#31 Ethan DeLaurier Ethan DeLaurier 6'8" | PF Miller | 2022 State VA | 6’8” PF | Miller School | Committed to Navy
DeLaurier is one of the most improved players in the state, as he went from being a high motor big with little skill to a stretch four man who can get it done in a number of different ways and should fit in well to Navy’s system in the Patriot League. The Midshipmen have done a great job with skilled bigs who can stretch the floor and defend with length, and DeLaurier does just that as he is a good athlete who can get up and down and protect the rim, he has developed into a very good shooter who can stretch the floor and he still has ample room to develop moving forward.
#33
Cam Gregory
Cam
Gregory
6'5" | CG
Steward School | 2022
State
VA
| 6’4” CG | Steward School | Committed to St. Francis (PA)
Gregory will join Webb at St. Francis in the NEC, and the combo guard will bring a scoring punch as well as the ability to run the show and get others involved depending on the other players on the floor. At 6’4” Gregory has good size to be a guard in the league and is a good athlete with good end-to-end speed and burst with the ball in his hands, he has a little bit of an unorthodox shot but he’s consistent with it and can make shots from multiple levels on and off the ball, he attacks the rim hard and has good finishing ability and most importantly he loves competition and doesn’t back down against other talented guards.
#49
Ethan Millirons
Ethan
Millirons
6'0" | PG
Auburn | 2022
State
VA
| 6’0” PG | Auburn | Committed to St. Thomas Acquinas (D2 NY)
Millirons is one of the most complete guards in the state and didn’t get a ton of recognition because he’s from and plays for a small school outside of Blacksburg, but STAQ did a good job as one of the premier D2 programs in the country to find him and offer him, as he committed on the spot on his visit with excitement about the opportunity to play at that level. Millirons is highly skilled as a lead guard as he’s an excellent shooter from deep, he makes great reads in the pick-and-roll and can deliver every pass out of it, he’s strong and knows how to use his body to create space, he plays under control at all times and just makes winning plays when he’s on the floor.
#56 Reis Whitaker | 6’7” PF | Highland School | Committed to Navy
Another stretch big that will head to the Midshipmen, Whitaker, like DeLaurier, may need some time to get acclimated to that level of basketball but he has the precise skill set that Navy looks for in their bigs, as well as other service academies. Whitaker isn’t stiff as he moves well and can get up and down the floor, he can really stroke it from deep and looks very comfortable on the perimeter, he can post up and score on fall-aways and he’s a good rebounder and finisher in the paint as well.
