He provided a game high of 15 Points, using his shooting ability plus his athleticism to make plays on both ends of the floor.
Jack Britt Senior Forward Demetri Patterson Demetri Patterson 6'6" | PF Jack Britt | 2022 State NC : The recent Mount Olive college commit was his usual self in the first round of the tournament, scoring a game high of 21 Points against SVHS. Although his team would come up short, he has put together an impressive season this year and should be in the mix for All League & All-District selections following the season.
Southview HS Senior Forward Jarod Brown Jarod Brown 6'4" | SF South View | 2022 State NC : Another unsigned prospect that has a gift for rebounding the ball and blocking shots. He plays the game with a high motor, does a nice job of finding a body to box out when a shot goes up, and finishes well in the paint.
Cape Fear HS Junior Guard Masaun Bryant: One of the top Guards in the county, Bryant is a natural scorer that can knock down shots from multiple levels. He also has a quick first step, impressive ballhandling skills and never seems to get too high or low, regardless of what may be going on.
Grays Creek Senior Guard Xzavier Thaggard Xzavier Thaggard 6'3" | SF Grays Creek | 2022 State NC : Provided some scoring for his team and seemed to attack the defense more often as the game went on. His ability to knock down shots from outside and his athleticism are both traits that help him to be productive on the court.
Lumberton HS Junior Guard Cobe Oxendine: Got off to a quick start in round one of the tournament, scoring the ball by using his outstanding shooting ability. He gets good lift on his shot, has a pretty quick release and moves very well without the ball.
