The football standout brought his energy and athleticism on Saturday as he produced 15 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. Mulligan is a seasoned veteran that has played big minutes his entire career. He did a great job sneaking onto the offensive glass, scoring on a pair of tip-ins. When Mulligan put his head down and attacked the basket, he was able to collect fouls and keep the pressure on the young East Forsyth guards.
2023 6-0 G Matthew Rouse – East Forsyth
Rouse is a multidimensional offensive threat. Capable of playing either guard position, Rouse looked good when he snaked ball screens and got into the lane. He used a floater to score up close and moved well without the ball on cuts. Rouse can fill it up from the three-point line as well. He finished with 12 points, 2 assists and 3 steals.
2024 6-2 SG Matthew Ray Matthew Ray 6'2" | SG North Hall | 2024 State GA – North Hall
Expect big things out of Matthew Ray Matthew Ray 6'2" | SG North Hall | 2024 State GA by the time he’s a senior. He shows flashes of his upside as a dangerous three-point shooter. Ray gets good lift on his jumper and has deep range off the catch. He can attack with the dribble and pull-up from the mid-range. Ray is a quality athlete with a long frame. He put up 8 points on two threes to go with 2 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 steal.
2024 5-8 G Ajay Jones – North Hall
Jones is a phenomenal one on defense, coming off the bench and providing major energy as he gets up under ball handlers and takes away their breathing space. Jones is like a gnat on the floor, always flying around the ball and causing havoc with his pressure. He collected 7 points and nailed a three.
2022 6-3 W Ethan Banks – Gilmer
A big guard that can play multiple spots on the perimeter, Banks was at his best when getting downhill. He showed an ability to get all the way to the rim, drop in a floater or pull-up from the mid-range. Banks helped space the floor with his three-point shot as well. He tallied 11 points, 4 rebounds and 2 assists.
