Park Crossing vs. #9-Cullman
Park Crossing comes into the #Final4 unranked, but they are playing well at the right time. They are a balanced team that can win at pushing the tempo or slowing it down, and playing a half-court game. They have numerous scoring options that will make it difficult for Cullman to try and slow down one or two particular players. If Park Crossing can control the tempo, it will be a tough outing for Cullman.
When it comes to Cullman, all you need to do is trace the past footsteps of Coach Stu, and you will see the handprint of the Spartans in the Cullman program. Their style of play, both offensively and defensively, is very unique. They share the ball very well, allowing them to be very diverse in their scoring. They play hard-nosed defense and will not back down from Park Crossing.
Keys To Victory:
Park Crossing:
- They will need to play smart and not get engrossed with Cullman’s pace.
- They will need to play physical in attempts to wear down the smaller Cullman squad.
- They will need to stay focused under the bright lights and not allow the stage to become too big for them.
Cullman:
- They will need to guard the ball well and create turnovers and easy transition points.
- They will need to make the game a high-scoring affair.
- They will need to rebound exceptionally well and keep Park Crossing from scoring off the offensive glass.

Dee is the floor general for Park Crossing and will need to control the game’s pace. He will need to be able to handle the constant pressure that he will see from the Cullman guards. If he can take care of the ball and be the vocal leader on the floor, he will be able to keep the ship moving in the right direction throughout the game.

AB will probably be one of the most athletic players on the court during this game. He is an aggressive guard on both ends of the court and will put pressure on Cullman’s guard. He finishes well thru contact and will be the key piece to the puzzle if Park Crossing advances to the championship game.

Tucker is an athletic guard that gets it done at all levels. He is tough to contain off the bounce and finishes well at the rim. He will be a difficult match-up for Park Crossing as he is the key to creating the open three for his teammates. Look for Tucker to keep Cullman running and gunning.
Garrison Sharpe (6’1 / Combo Guard)

Garrison is an elite shooter and will be letting it fly come Wednesday. He is a heady player that knows how to create for himself and his teammates. If Cullman is going to hold off the hot Park Crossing team, then Garrison’s impact will have to be felt throughout the entire game on both ends of the court.
