McCoy has been playing well this year as he has been sharing the load with his teammates finding them as he is always looking to find cutters or open looks for them. Sets screens and is active without the ball. He usually changes speeds off of cuts and even when he gets the ball he changes speeds and direction quickly. McCoy has a quick shot and he has some range behind it as well. Handles the ball well enough to be a release guy but can also do it under some pressure. Can play those three positions 1-3 depending on what is needed.
6’5 Tyler Newbold Tyler Newbold 6'5" | CG Bingham | 2022 State UT || Bingham High School || 2022 ||
Tyler has really made his stock rise as well as his value on the floor increase as a player that can play 1-4 at the high school level. Smooth back to the basket game and can go over either shoulder. Tyler can work on the blocks as well as in the mid-post to get production in when he has smaller defenders. Improved outside shot as he has more confidence this year letting the shot go. Long strides to the rim as he keeps it simple on attack moves but he does have a nice spin move that keeps people off balance. Has been playing the 1 this season and he has been effective with his handle and getting his team into the offense.
6’5 Noah Widerburg Noah Widerburg 6'4" | CG Cottonwood | 2022 State UT || Cottonwood High School || 2022 ||
Noah is an ideal CG as he is posting some great numbers across the board scoring 13 point a game and he is bringing in 6 rebounds a game and assisting at a high clip of 5 a game. Really tough inside outside game as he gets to the rim and battles down low but also uses his quickness out in the perimeter. Handles and creates at a good level. Overall has skills in every aspect of the game. Noah is a potential triple-double threat with his activity all over the floor on both ends of the floor. He does have a triple-double this year which is very impressive at the high school level. Will have a shot to hit that 1,000 point club but it will be tough.
6’4 Colby Carter Colby Carter 6'4" | CG Skyridge | 2022 State UT || Skyridge High School || 2022 ||
Colby has some talented shooting ability. He can get going in a hurry but also has attack mode. Colby is purring up 16 PPG and he is just solid all the way around. Big body guard that rebounds well as this season he is hauling in 7 RPG. This season he has hit a three-pointer every game and he has two games with 14+ rebounds. This kid produces when he is out on the floor. He is a solid small school prospect at the next level.
