Raymond Carter, East Longmeadow, Class 2022, Position PG
Senior captain Raymond Carter showed his leadership, and all around skill set to help lead East Longmedow to a win. Raymond finished the game with 18 points, 7 rebounds, and 8 assists. At one stretch in the game Raymond scored 7 out of 9 points for his team. Raymond showed how he can be scorer, and also how he can get his teammates involved. Raymond also shot well from the free throw line going 7-8. Longmedow made the game close at the end, but the senior captain Raymond was poised down the stretch. Raymond has the game to play at the next level.
Griffin Collins, Longmedow, Position SG, Class 2024
Griffin finished the game with 16 points, 2 assists, 2 steals, and 6 rebounds. Griffin is a guard who can score at the rim, and is also a tough player. Griffin is only a sophomore and is showing a lot of potential.
Davonte Colman, Springfield Central, Position G
In just 10 minutes off the bench, in the first game against Putnam Davonte had 16 points. He was 60 percent from the field, and shot 50 percent from three point range. Davonte can score the ball, and can play on or off the ball.
Sidney Borges, Springfield international. Class 2022, Position PG/SG
Sidney had 8 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 assists, in a game that was mostly a defensive battle. Sidney is a fast guard, who likes to run the floor and score in transition. Sidney is also a good on ball defender. Sidney had a game this season where he scored 24 points, and also a game where he had 7 steals. Sidney is also a solid shooter.
Carson Rivoria, Bristol Central, class 2023
Certainly the everyone focuses on Donovan Clingan Donovan Clingan 7'1" | C Bristol Central | 2022 State #61 Nation New E when they talk about Bristol Central. Donovan is a top 40 player in the country. His supporting cast is not to be forgotten though. Carson Rivoria is a big part of the supporters. He is a tough player who can guard 1-4 on defense. He also gets open a lot since the opposing defenses focus so much on Donavan. He can score in the lane, and is also aggressive on the boards. In the game against springfield central Carson had 12 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists.
