Caden Stoecklein Caden Stoecklein 6'0" | PG Maryville | 2023 State MO 6’0″ Maryville: The 2023 southpaw point guard had a banner performance in the Spoofhounds loss to Battle. He scored a game-high 30 points as he got buckets in a variety of ways. His first step was quick as he scored on stop-and-pop jumpers, penetrating drives and long 3-pointers. He scored 21 points in the first half as he kept his team competitive throughout the evening.
Max Templeman Max Templeman 5'10" | PG Carthage | 2023 MO 5’10″ Carthage: The 2023 point guard scored 13 points in his team’s victory over Odessa. He likes to play the game with pace as he looks to push the ball and get into the lane. He’s an excellent finisher around the basket as his small stature doesn’t bother him at all in the land of the trees. He also knocked down a 3-pointer.
Tate McCubbin 6’3″ Battle: The 2024 wing scored a team-high 15 points in the Spartans’ victory over Maryville. He had a personal eight point run in the first quarter when he knocked down back-to-back 3-pointers and scored on a driving layup. He displayed a nice balance of perimeter shooting with the ability to make a play off the dribble.
Keaton Stone Keaton Stone 6'5" | SF Maryville | 2023 State MO 6’5″ Maryville: An athletic 2023 forward who scored 16 points against Battle on Wednesday night. He is an effective scorer around the basket as he can play through contact and finish. He operates well from the high post as he can pass it or go off the dribble. He was also working the offensive boards pretty well.
Ethan Wiley Ethan Wiley 6'5" | PF Battle | 2023 State MO 6’5″ Battle: A beefy 2023 forward who scored 10 points in the victory over Maryville. He used his size and strength well when it came to battling and pushing inside for rebounding position. He’s a solid worker who plays with a blue-collar mentality.
T.J. Best 6’4″ Cameron: A 2023 wing player who is the primary ball handler and facilitator for his team. He uses his height well to see over the defense as he delivered some nice dimes to open teammates. He also got into the lane and displayed a nice shooting touch off the glass.
Garrett Bayless 6’3″ Odessa: A 2024 forward who scored a team-high 18 points against Carthage in the opening game of the day. He was very active on the offensive end as he moved well without the basketball and slashed in the lane very well. He was hustling on the offensive boards for putbacks.
