Brady Hurla, 5’10 PG, St Mary’s: Another Hurla coming through St Mary’s, and another who has a ton of talent. Poised to be a solid part of a loaded St Mary’s squad, Brady Hurla is a long point guard who can really shoot the 3 ball much like the other Hurla guards and has a really crafty and solid handle. Look for him to be a sneaky rotational impact play right from the start of his high school campaign.
William Goode, 6’8 Forward, St Thomas Aquinas: Aquinas was young and talented last year but now they will be battle tested and talented with also an extremely talented youth portion of their roster. Goode is a big time forward player entering the building with a ton of upside, long arms, ability to finish at the rim, and massive athlete. Has the ability to play inside out on both ends of the floor. Solid back to the basket game, can stretch the floor shooting the ball, and face up in the mid post.
Julian “JuJu” Marks, 6’6 Forward, St Thomas Aquinas: Another big bodied young forward coming into the fold for Aquinas this year. Marks is very physical and gifted scoring the ball in the paint with solid hands and toughness battling inside. Saw him at the MoKan Fall League and he has been tremendous throughout. Will be a force in Kansas for a long time. Has the handle to rebound and push the ball in transition as well bringing him some versatility.
Colin Frazier, 6’4 Wing, Arkansas City, 2025: Long wing player who has the potential to be an impact guy right away for Ark Cit. Rebounds it really well, really versatile skill set handling the ball, shooting it off the catch, and running the floor. Big time athlete. Gets off the floor well and runs with a purpose. Instantly a standout athlete on the court when he takes the floor.
Corbin Johnson, 6’2 Point Guard, Kapaun, 2025: Entering a roster at Kapaun loaded with talent, kepe an eye out for Johnson to be fighting for high quality point minutes. Has great court vision, knockdown shooter, and playmaker off the bounce. Nice athletic point guard.
River Peters, 6’2 Guard, Emporia, 2025: Another freshman guard who can come in and help a reloading Emporia team. Has a really quick burst with the ball, does a little bit of it all on the court, big time play maker in transition. Tough minded and a ton of skill with the ball in his hands, can also do some things as a cutter and wing player.
Ty Romero, 6’3 Guard, Elyria Christian, 2025: A long and lanky guard who can shoot the ball and hit a game winner in sudden death. Has great length and could contribute right away at E.C. Could become a really dynamic and long wing player.
