Merel Burgess Merel Burgess 6'5" | PF Wilson | 2023 State SC – Wilson HS
Burgess is like the United Postal Service he just delivers at all times. Burgess a left-handed post player can be a bit of a mismatch at times with his play. Merel will step-out for a short jumper or post-up down low on the block. Burgess will wear the purple and yellow this season of the Tigers after transferring over from South Florence HS.
Calvin Davinroy Calvin Davinroy 6'3" | SF Oceanside Collegiate | 2023 State SC – Wando HS (Mount Pleasant)
Calvin just brings it every time when he plays. Davinroy was down this summer with a injury and worked his way back. Calvin rebounds the ball well from the backcourt and really brings good versatility to the floor. Davinroy is a great team guy who really can effect a game even if he doesn’t score the ball at times. Calvin does the little things to help your team win games.
Ryan Lominack Ryan Lominack 6'1" | SG Dreher | 2023 State SC – Dreher HS
Lominack is a young man you can’t leave open on the floor otherwise he will hurt you. Ryan has the ability to make shots especially from downtown behind the arc. Lominack is a very confident shooter with a sweet looking stroke. Ryan will make some tough shots at times.
Lukas Schou Lukas Schou 6'7" | PF Oceanside Collegiate | 2023 State SC – Oceanside Collegiate (Mount Pleasant)
Schou really likes to carve out space down low in the paint. Lukas won’t overwhelm you with athleticism but he’s quite efficient scoring from certain spots around the paint. Schou has a good set of hands to catch anything is way.
Jordan Frazer Jordan Frazer 6'1" | CG Cardinal Newman | 2023 State SC – Cardinal Newman (pictured on front)
Frazer will be a great addition to the Cardinals roster this season with the move over from nearby Ridge View HS. Jordan can play both guard spots in the backcourt. Frazer was able to make some timely passes and knockdown some shots today on the perimeter. Jordan always seems to be under-control while on the floor and never turns over the ball.
Taevean Famutimi-Brown Taevean Famutimi-Brown 6'1" | PG Balboa | 2023 SC – Trinity Collegiate (Darlington)
Taevean has the ability to play fast or slow it down at times. Famutimi-Brown is a good athlete who can get the ball to the basket. Taevean plays the game with a really good upside and good feel. Famutimi-Brown has no problems at creating his own shots on the floor.
