Kardeair Ellis Kardeair Ellis 6'7" | PF Milwaukee Messmer | 2024 WI – PF – Milwaukee Messmer/Kevon Looney Power 5
Big, strong body with a chance to blow up over the next three years. Ellis is a very raw prospect, but has measurables you can’t teach. An imposing presence in the middle, Ellis can pin his man under the rim and give them no chance at stopping him when he catches deep. The 6-foot-7 sophomore is going to control the glass and generate second-chance opportunities. Power 5 relied on him heavily in the pick n’ roll game as well. Ellis uses his big frame to lay the wood and free up his guards to get to the rim.

– PG – Franklin/Wisconsin Swing
High-IQ, skilled floor general that can also carry a team offensively. Will likely step into a big role for Franklin this season. Plays the game at a good tempo and likes to probe in high percentage areas where he can drive and dish the basketball. Might settle for too many 3’s, but he can definitely hit his fair share of triples. Think Podoll has solid defensive instincts as well. Will shut off straight-line drives to the rim and takes calculated risks when playing the passing lanes.

– SG – Edgerton/Wisconsin Academy
Schaffner could be an x-factor for Edgerton this season. The sophomore guard is a good-looking sniper with a quick stroke. Schaffner stands at 6-foot-2 with some skills as a bucket-getter. A prospect that showed the ability to heat up from beyond the arc and go off throughout the spring/summer, Schaffner was able to contribute double figure efforts offensively as a strong Wisconsin Academy squad. Will probably make most of his noise as a shooter, but Schaffner can do some things attacking the rim and plays with excellent body control/tough when he plays in traffic.

– PF – De Pere/Wisconsin Blizzard
Serviceable big man prospect who can help in a lot of ways that maybe don’t show up in the stat box. Willihnganz is going to play solid interior defense, control the glass, block/alter shots, and moves well for his size. Although he plays on a strong team with a lot of talent, the Blizzard rely on Willihnganz for easy buckets around the rim. He’s a guy you can dump the ball into on the block and rely on for high percentage buckets. Checks a lot of boxes with his size and mobility and shows some flashes of versatile post play that will help him continue to rise up the rankings if they become consistent.

Neenah | 2024
WI
– SG – Neenah/Fox Valley Kings
Neenah has a lot of young talent. Could be another year or two before Wunderlich starts to make his mark on a very deep Rocket program, but he caught my eye on the Prep Hoops Hard Work Finals. Wunderlich can knock down shots from the perimeter consistently and feeds well off dribble penetration. Wunderlich can shoot off the bounce a little bit and takes advantage of over-aggressive defenders who close out out of control.
