Evan Bennett Evan Bennett 6'1" | SG Superior | 2022 State WI – SG – Superior/Starks Elite
Bennett is coming off a good summer on the Prep Hoops Circuit. Doesn’t get a lot of press being up by the Minnesota border. Bennett has a good blend of skill and strength as a scorer. At 6-foot-4, Bennett has excellent footwork and is a crafty scorer in the mid-range. Not going to blow anybody away athletically, but can score off-balance and while fading away from the rim.
Tony Cirillo – SG – Hartford/Chapman Basketball Academy
Late bloomer potential here. Cirillo is a long, lanky shooting guard that shows flashes of being a difficult matchup. He’s got excellent positional size at 6-foot-5. Had a couple of games last year for Hartford where he was able to heat up offensively.
Jalen Flowers Jalen Flowers 6'1" | PG Green Bay East | 2022 State WI – G – Green Bay East/Team 1848
Uptempo, tenacious guard. Really like the way Flowers can challenge people defensively. He’s quick enough to stay in front and does a good job of making people uncomfortable without fouling. Flowers has some really good speed on the ball and gets coast-to-coast in a hurry. A prospect that plays his role really well — is always going to come in and play tough on-ball defense and try and turn it into offense on the other end.
Dylan Hibicke Dylan Hibicke 6'6" | SF Sussex Hamilton | 2022 State WI – SF – Sussex Hamilton/ABC Young Lions
Hibickie really shot it well in the month of July. The senior is an intriguing, late bloomer as a plus-length, 6-foot-6 wing/forward who can really shoot it from deep. Hibickie is very deadly in the pick n’ pop game as well. Not really known yet across the state, wouldn’t be surprising if he comes on strong for a talented Sussex Hamilton program in 2021-22.
Brandon Kerns Brandon Kerns 6'5" | SF Oregon | 2022 WI – SF – Oregon
Caught Kerns in some summer league action and like his upside. Could be a nice small school find. The 6-foot-5 wing is built like a track athlete and runs the floor really well. Shows some ability to shoot from 3-point range, but mostly like the way he can open up and run in transition and get coast-to-coast with the basketball. Could be a sleeper in the Badger East Conference this season.
Kamarion Ivory Kamarion Ivory 6'1" | SG Whitefish Bay | 2022 State WI – G – Whitefish Bay/ABC Young Lions
Saw Ivory a bit during the high school season and that seemed to carry over into the summer. A downhill, attacking guard who can also heat up from the perimeter, Ivory has a killer mindset and plays a confident brand of basketball. The Whitefish Bay standout has good size at 6-foot-3 and also rebounds very well for his position. Interested to see what he does in the North Shore Conference as the Blue Dukes lose a couple of key performers from last year.
Eli Schmidt Eli Schmidt 6'5" | SF Neenah | 2022 State WI – SF – Neenah/Team 1848
A skilled, versatile wing/forward, Schmidt started playing some of his best ball in July. He’s been a role player for Neenah and will continue to do that in 2021-22, but he’s now showing the ability to carry things offensively when the stars don’t have it going. The 6-foot-5 senior is a smooth prospect who can play inside/out. Also possesses some sneaky, above the rim athleticism if he’s given a lane to the bucket.
