Zachary Engels Zachary Engels 6'4" | SG Round Rock Westwood | 2022 State TX | 6’4″ SG | Round Rock Westwood
- A combo guard who has smooth handles and can create his own shot in the mid-range and around the elbow, Engels had a terrific junior season at Westwood while leading the Warriors to the playoffs. Engels primarily plays point guard for Westwood but has the natural shooting ability and slashing potential to play shooting guard at the next level. Not only can he create shot opportunities for himself, but he does a good job of setting up teammates for open looks and running the Warriors offense.
Preston Clark Preston Clark 6'6" | PF Austin Westlake | 2022 State TX | 6’6″ PF | Austin Westlake
- Clark played a pivotal role in the starting rotation during Westlake’s playoff run a season ago, and the 6’6″ post was a technician around the basket who was ready to make plays when called upon. Clark is patient with the ball on the block, keeps his eyes up, and is a solid passer, while also displaying good awareness and anticipation rebounding the ball. In addition to those traits, he also plays hard on defense and can extend his shot beyond the three-point line from time to time.
Conor Mcmanus Conor Mcmanus 6'4" | SG Austin Westlake | 2022 State TX | 6’4″ SG | Austin Westlake
- A 6’4″ wing prospect with good size and build for the two position, McManus is an assassin from beyond the arc as he can nail three-point shots on the move, off the pick-and-roll, or in spot-up opportunities. Shows good floor awareness and vision on his passes, is a high IQ player on offense and defense, and does a good job of getting downhill and attacking the basket. McManus will see an increase in minutes this upcoming season for Westlake after coming off the bench due to a stacked upperclassman starting five last year.
Jah Gulley Jah Gulley 6'0" | PG Lockhart | 2022 State TX | 6’0″ PG | Lockhart
- Gulley enjoyed a breakout junior season at Lockhart where he averaged 20 points, 2 assists, and 3.1 rebounds per game for the Lions all while leading them to their first playoff appearance in 20 years. Gulley plays with a lot of passion and competitive spirit, and it shows with his all-out hustle plays on the court. On offense, Gulley is shifty and has quick-twitch bursts where he can easily get past defenders and finish at the rim. Be on the lookout for a monster senior season from Gulley this upcoming year.
