Malcolm Chimezie Malcolm Chimezie 6'8" | PF Stepinac | 2021 State NY 6”8. 2021. Stepinac
Will play for Boston University next season. Excellent passing big man. Terrific rebounder. Good post defender and rim protector. Scores around the rim with either hand, very capable mid-range scorer. Can put the ball on the floor and get to the rim and score.
Jaden Pena Jaden Pena 6'6" | PG Xaverian | 2021 State NY 6”6. 2021. Xaverian
Can handle the ball in the open floor. Consistent face up baseline jump shot. Good footwork. Gets to the rim. Excellent rebounder and defender.
Kawar Singh Kawar Singh 6'8" | SF Molloy | 2021 State NY 6”8. 2021. Molloy
Excellent rebounder on both ends of the floor. Scores with either hand. Can hit from 15 feet and in.
Isaiah Alexander Isaiah Alexander 6'7" | SF Archbishop Stepinac | 2022 State NY 6”7. 2022. Cardinal Hayes
I thought he was the player of the tournament. Whenever they needed a basket the ball went inside to Tobe. Nice jump hook over the right shoulder. He takes up space and scores with either hand. Strong on the boards. Can defend both inside and on the perimeter.
Anthony Graziano 6”6 2023. St Joseph by the Sea
Was one of the most impressive young players in this tournament. Great hands can catch the ball in traffic. Excellent footwork. Smart and strong defender. Showed tenacity and toughness on the boards.
Jayden Beau 6”4. 2021. Nazareth
Big body. Knows how to use his body to set up in the post. On the defensive end, he makes it difficult for the opposing big man to gain inside position. Scores around the rim. Good in pick and roll sets. Very good with converting off of passes from guards with duck ins.
Steven McGriff. 6”4. 2022. Bishop Loughlin
Outstanding rebounder on both ends. Space eater. Big man uses his body well. Scores different ways inside. Keeps possessions alive and scores off of putbacks. Blew up a couple of screen handoffs with his perimeter defense.
