Recruiters Summon and Connect with 2023 Talent
June is a unique month in the basketball calendar. Beyond the NBA playoffs, college coaches are hosting Elite Camps and Team Camps. High School coaches are molding their new 2021-2022 rosters into something serviceable. Unfortunately, the 2021 class is suffering an unprecedented “squeeze-out” after the college senior class is largely staying for another season, thanks to the NCAA-mandate granted the extra year of eligibility to winter sports teams because of the pandemic’s impact. More than handful of talented ’21 graduates from our state are still seeking a college home. Typically the last players sign or commit in late April or early May. This most recent cycle was a wild anomaly.
Class of 2023 players begin to hear from college coaches directly. Read about many of the machinations statewide.
If you attracted new (last week) college attention, offers, or camped with a college DM @PrepHoopsTN anytime. Don’t forget to sign up for the June 27th PrepHoopsTN Summer Combine!
