#7 | Trey Gillenwater Trey Gillenwater 6'2" | PG Eastern Mennonite | 2022 State VA | 6’2″ PG | Blaze/Eastern Mennonite (VA) ’22
Extremely crafty and skilled. Gets frequent paint touches where he showcases very good body control. Ambidextrous finisher around the rim.
#6 | Johannes Kirispuu | 6’1″ CG | 6th Man/Scotland (PA) ’21
Extremely competitive and fearless. Strong with the ball. Invites contact. Recorded multiple and 1’s each time we saw him.
#5 | Ryan Newell | 6’6″ C | NOVA Cavaliers/Centreville (VA) ’22
Has tremendous hands. Adept at catching and finishing in traffic. Attempted to dunk the ball virtually every time he had it around the basket.
#4 | Jeannot Basima Jeannot Basima 6'3" | CG John Carroll | 2023 State #200 Nation MD | 6’4″ PG | Global Squad/John Carroll (MD) ’23
Has a quick first step and gets into the paint at will. Long arms help him extend the ball beyond the reach of his opponents with relative ease and consistently finish above the rim with touch.
#3 | Jayden Evans | 6’7″ SF | Big Shots Elite/Hampton Christian (VA)
One of the better athletes we saw at the event. Long lanky wing with serious hops off one or two feet. Lob and put-back threat.
#2 | Jamal Ukaegbu Jamal Ukaegbu 6'5" | PF Springbrook | 2021 State MD | 6’6″ SF | Team S.T.A.T/Springbrook (MD) ’21
Rangy wing turns defense into offense without hesitation. Had the highlight of the weekend during his team’s hard-fought win on Saturday (see below).

#1 | Gabe Grant | 6’9″ C | Team BBC/McDonogh (MD) ’24
Looked like a man among boys, even while playing up in the 16u division. The image found in the embedded tweet below simply illustrates the level of dominance he established.
