#10- Stevie Strong Jr Stevie Strong Jr 6'1" | PG Campus | 2021 State KS , 6’1 Point Guard, Campus: Coming over to our rankings from the Missouri side, Strong is a sure fire top prospect in the class of 2021, being one of the best point guards in both Missouri and Kansas. He is currently averaging 18.5 points, 4 assists, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.5 steals per game. He is the complete package at point guard, with electrifying speed and change of pace, great court vision, plays with a ton of energy, and can score the ball from anywhere on the court. His Campus Colts team is a blast to watch, and he is one of the main pieces that keeps the engine rolling. His ability to play both in the half court and in transition is outstanding, and is ball screen playmaking ability is something college coaches will pop when watching him play.
#68- Marque Wilkerson Marque Wilkerson 6'1" | SG Topeka West | 2021 State KS , 6’1 Guard, Topeka West: In January of this season, Wilkerson got his opportunity to have a pair of keys to the talented Topeka West car, and he has rolled with it big time. He is a great story to follow this year where hard work and waiting patiently for your chance can really pay off. He is averaging close to 18 points per game and has hit the 20 point mark nearly every game since the holiday break. He gives the Chargers a big time guard option playing off of Brooks and Alexander.
#76- Erik Smith Erik Smith 5'11" | PG Sm South | 2021 State KS , 6’1 Point Guard, Shawnee Mission South: Smith is a great team leader and runs the point guard spot extremely efficiently for a really solid South squad. He is great in the half court game, can break defenders down off the bounce and makes plays out of it. He can get into the paint under control and has a nice mid range jumper game to compliment his skill set. In winning time, he also stays really poised and also has a game winner this year coming off of a little pull up jumper. Averaging close to 16 a game.
# 96- Gunnar Fort Gunnar Fort 6'3" | SG Osage City | 2021 State KS , 6’2 Guard, Osage City: Fort is a player with great athleticism and is really tough when driving or cutting in straight lines to the basket. He had a lower leg injury much of last season that kind of hampered him, but his is back to being healthy and his athletic ability really helps him be a big time factor for a really tough Osage City team. Fort plays well in offensive structure, cuts well, and plays in space. He can really go on big time individual runs in ball games. His outside shot needs some consistency but he is capable and has to be respected from out there.
#101- Zephyn Mason Zephyn Mason 6'0" | PG Holcomb | 2021 State KS , 6’ Guard, Holcomb: Mason is one of the better rebounding guards around and was a 2nd team All Great West League selection with another selection most likely coming this season. He can really get going from the 3 point line as well, and I like his ability to shoot off the catch and off the dribble. He can be a 20 point 5 rebound player night in and night out, which coming from a guard his size, shows the amount of energy and toughness he plays with.
#134- Jordan Barnard Jordan Barnard 6'1" | CG Olpe | 2021 State KS , 6’1 Guard, Olpe: Barnard is a really tough minded guard who is helping lead a really good Olpe group in class 1A this season. He has stepped up in huge wins for them, including dropping 19 points in a win over Lyndon, a tough 2A matchup for them. Olpe is loaded on their roster this season, but when they need big plays in big games, Barnard seems to be the difference maker for them.
#137- Gavin Cornelison Gavin Cornelison 6'0" | CG Frankfort | 2021 State KS , 6’ Guard, Frankfort: Conrnelison is a talented quarterback as well and the leadership nd toughness traits he posses there translates on to the basketball court. He has steadily increased his production every year of his high school basketball career. He is helping lead his Frankfort squad to a 12-5 season so far and primed for a nice post season run.
#148- Luke Detwiler Luke Detwiler 5'11" | PG Lyndon | 2021 State KS , 5’11 Guard, Lyndon: This Lyndon team across the board is very disciplined, runs offense well, and plays the game with purpose. Detwiler is a great guard for them in helping accomplish those goals. He is a tough cutter, screener, and gets them into their stuff well. He is a pesky defender too and moves his feet to get himself into good position. He is another guard who comes through for his team in big games especially scoring the basketball. He is a reliable ball handler too for them especially in closing moments.
#169- Geivonnii Williams Geivonnii Williams 6'0" | CG Hayden | 2021 State KS , 6’ Guard, Hayden- Williams came into the Hayden lineup and started off with a bang this season, sending a little shockwave into the centennial league. He has slowed down some as the season has progressed but he still provides some solid sparks for the Hayden offense. He meshes well with the other talented guards on the roster too. He is good off the bounce and can drive with either hand, finishes strong through contact, and a good shooter of the basketball, especially when he has a chance to be down and ready and shoot off the catch.
