Jordan Evelyn 6”2. 2021. Uniondale HS
In a tough year for Uniondale, everybody has stepped up on and off the court. Jordan has led them to a 5-0 start and another run at a county championship. Has a high basketball IQ with great court vision and awareness. Handles the ball and can get off his shot. He is a legitimate shooter.
Jonathan Maldonado 5”11. 2021. Elmont HS
The senior guard is playing really well. Bringing energy to every game. He is leading Elmont this season. Great defender. Has an excellent mid-range game. A very good north-south player who aggressively attacks the basket.
Chike Ndefo. 6”5. 2023. Elmont HS
One of the best young players in Nassau County. The big man in the middle is a rim protector. Can defend the post get rebounds in traffic and start breaks with his shot-blocking.
Josh Minton Josh Minton 6'2" | PG Baldwin | 2021 State NY . 6”1. 2021. Baldwin HS
It has been a total team effort. Baldwin shares the ball. A very unselfish team. Josh has been the leader most nights in scoring and running the offense. A very good lefty shooter. Great court awareness always seems to make the right decision.
Chris Pettinatto 6”4. 2021. Syosset HS
During the downtime, Chris worked on his overall game. But the one constant is his shot. Good rotation on the ball coming out of his hand. Also possess unlimited range. A bonafide scorer who can get to the rim.
Ahmad Crowell Ahmad Crowell 6'6" | C Manhasset | 2021 State NY . 6”4. 2021. Manhasset HS
Unfortunately, it looks like the promising start to the Manhasset season has come to an end because of an uptick in covid cases at the school. Ahmad entered his season ready to shine. He did not disappoint. A flat-out scorer who does everything well. Can pass it, sees the floor, excellent vision and awareness. A tenacious defender and a strong rebounder on both ends in traffic. Ahmad is a college player. Would be an excellent piece for a D2 rotation. An absolute steal for a D3.
Kamren Denhart. 5” 10. 2022. Sewanaka HS
The young Sewanaka team is still in the mix. Kamren is a big part of the story. An explosive first step. Gets into the lane and scores in a variety of ways. His handle enables him to get free and then pull up with a jumper at the elbow. A bona side scorer can do it in bunches and especially in crunch time.
