Decent size for position with okay length. More point guard quick than innately athletic, but changes speeds well. Has plus ball skills. Well-rounded offensive game for his position at this stage. Can hit threes off the catch and pull up, has step backs and pull-ups from the mid-range area. Finishes with both hands at the basket. Terrific vision and creative passer. Gets by with savvy and feel on defense. Will need to keep getting stronger and improving athleticism.
Cooper Church Cooper Church 6'10" | PF Tahoma | 2022 State WA PF 6’9″ Tahoma High School
Has great length and an excellent frame to add weight. At 6-foot-9, he can play either forward spot and he has the ability to be a weapon from beyond the arc. There aren’t many prospects who have the combination of skill, basketball IQ, size, and athleticism. Cooper has gotten significantly better off the dribble and is a true inside-out threat with a good basketball feel. It is easy to see why he is one of the premier prospects in the state for the class of 2022.
Demar Johnson-Dillard Demar Johnson-Dillard 5'10" | PG Bothell | 2022 State WA PG 5’10″ Bothell High School
Short in stature but plays bigger than his size and strength. Strong with the basketball. A consummate playmaker off the dribble. Dangerous as a scorer in the midrange area. An erratic long-range shooter that can get hot. Impressive assist to turnover ratio. Holds his own on the defensive boards. Can pressure the ball on defense and is a pest on or off the ball. Johnson led the state in an assist as a sophomore.
Quin Patterson Quin Patterson 6'7" | SF Mount Si | 2022 State WA SF 6’8″ Mount Si High School
Quin has NBA player Mike Miller comparisons. Has a long and solid frame that has gained mass and is ready to add strength. A mobile athlete but not considered an explosive athlete. A terrific shooter who can stretch the floor as a 3/4 man. Handles well and has a repertoire of scoring moves which will become more effective as he develops his speed and explosiveness. Has room to improve as a defender and rebounder. A player that is always under control and confident on the floor.
Louis Grante-Halliday Louis Grante-Halliday 6'6" | SG Eastside Catholic | 2022 State WA SF 6’6″ Eastside Catholic High School
Big time physical tools with ideal size and length. High-level frame and plus athleticism. Natural shooting guard but due to size, length, and physical gifts, could easily play at the combo forward position. Improving stroke with range to the perimeter. Has a good vision for the position. Good upside as a versatile defender; should be able to guard 2 through 4 positions. Could stand to improve as a rebounder given size and athleticism. A player that is difficult the stop once he gets downhill.
