2021 Rankings Update: 5 Must See Unsigned Seniors

<p>It looks like basketball season is tipping off here shortly in Michigan. With that being said, it’s time to take a look at 5 must see unsigned seniors. </p> <p>* NOT a "top 5’ list.....Just 5 that I feel are ’must see’. </p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="811109" first="Keyon" last="Menifield"] Jr. (PG, Flint Beecher)</strong></p> <p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking:  #10</p> <p>Menifield was absolutely terrific throughout the summer and the fall. He created, scored, and distributed.....all at an elite level. Menifield is dangerous with the ball in his hands and can set up and work his defender with his handles. I have no doubt that he is a Division 1 next level lead guard.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="814573" first="Aidan" last="Rubio"] (SF, Goodrich)</strong></p> <p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking:  #14</p> <p>Rubio played with a chip on his shoulder through grassroots and showcase seasons. And man did it work. He’s an elite athlete that can score from all 3 levels. When attacking the basket, Rubio can finish above the rim and does it with aggression. Any D1’s looking for that late steal, here you are.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="814674" first="Jaylen" last="Hodges"] (PG, Bridgeport)</strong></p> <p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking:  #20</p> <p>Hodges continues to beat the odds. He has consistently risen up the prospect rankings and finally, and deservedly, hit the top 20. The young man is masterful with the ball. Hodges is an elite athlete excels in the open floor. Hodges is a leader that coaches will want in their program.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="811104" first="Javantae" last="Randle"] (PF, Detroit Frederick Douglass)</strong></p> <p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking:  #21</p> <p>Randle is a different player now than he was at the end of last high school season. He’s always been an elite post defender and rebounder. Now that his offensive game has expanded to the perimeter - Good luck trying to stop him. Randle has a HUGE upside that next level coaches will want to look at.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="811100" first="Blake" last="Lund"] (CG, Linden)</strong></p> <p>Prep Hoops Michigan Ranking:  #22</p> <p>I feel like I’ve wrote it a thousand times, but [player_tooltip player_id="811100" first="Blake" last="Lund"] will be a terrific college basketball player. Find a weakness, I dare you. He can be a primary ball handler and initiate the offense, or he can play off the ball and bury a triple with a hand in his face. Oh yeah, he’ll guard the other team’s top offensive threat as well.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
