Jason Condron Jason Condron 6'1" | SG Palo Verde | 2021 State NV 6’1 CG Palo Verde 2021 (#53) – Sometimes getting a scholarship comes down to brains and skill. Condron’s skill is his ability to shoot the ball. His 3.5+ GPA highlights his brains. The son of a coach, Condron is a high IQ player, that could fit in a variety of systems. He’ll defend, can handle the ball and as mentioned before has a strap.
Lowell Francis Chan Lowell Francis Chan 6'6" | SF Sierra Vista | 2021 State NV 6’4 SF Sierra Vista (#56) (featured image) – Chan is another high academic player with skill. A 4.0 Student, he has the ability to create shots for himself off the bounce or score in post-up situations. Chan can be used as a mismatch wing, taking smaller guards to the block while dragging bigger forwards out to the perimeter.
Amar Smith Amar Smith 6'0" | PG Legacy | 2021 State NV 6’0 PG Legacy (#60) – Unfortunate set of circumstances for Smith. He sat out last season because of transferring and then had to deal with the issues of this season. Those circumstances could be hiding a gem. Smith has a solid frame for a college PG and is a good on-ball defender. His best offensive skill is his paint touch ability which allows him to put pressure on defenders.
Brandon Ruiz Brandon Ruiz 6'5" | C Centennial | 2021 State NV 6’5 PF Centennial (#68) – Ruiz recently impressed at the Great Western Winter Classic. He was always a rugged hard-nosed defender, however, it was his outside shooting that opened some eyes. Ruiz stepped out and made several corner trey’s throughout the event. When you factor in what he does when it comes to rebounding and defending down low, and there’s a place for him somewhere.
Naurese Meno Naurese Meno 6'2" | SG Losee | 2021 State NV 6’3 SG Somerset Losee (#77) – In addition to some of the best hair in the state, Meno also has a smooth stroke. He was one of the most underrated shooters in the state as a junior and has shown the same shooting consistency recently. He’s also shown that he’s willing to defend and do some of the dirty work necessary to help his team win.
