Each game consisted of high level talent as many high major senior prospects have already made a college decision. However, there are still a few unsigned seniors in the event and this article takes a look at five of them that stood out on Friday.
6’2 Brennan Rigsby Brennan Rigsby 6'2" | CG Wasatch Academy | 2021 State UT | Wasatch Academy
Rigsby stood out right away during warmups because of his athleticism. He has tremendous explosiveness that allows him to finish strong above the rim and will try multiple times a game to finish on top of the defenders at the rim because his bounce allows him to do so. He also displayed a nice jumper as he can hit from different areas on the floor. The unsigned senior finished 10 points and 4 rebounds.
6’7 Jaylon McDaniels Jaylon McDaniels 6'7" | PF Blue Springs South | 2021 KS | Sunrise Christian
McDaniels has the looks of already being in college as he has a college ready body. With all of the talent around McDaniels, it is easy for McDaniels to go unnoticed but last night he was extremely efficient with his shot going 6-8 from the floor and finishing with 12 points. He also hauled in 6 rebounds for Sunrise.
6’2 Camryn Carter Camryn Carter 6'2" | CG Oak Hill Academy | 2021 State VA | Oak Hill Academy
Carter started to see an uptick in his recruitment after Oak Hill’s season opening win on national television a few months ago. As he still remains unsigned, he proved again last night that he can fill the role of a good 3&D guy at the next level. Defensively he really got after it last night in Oak Hill’s win as he tallied five steals.
6’7 Jalen Ricks Jalen Ricks 6'7" | SF Oak Hill Academy | 2021 State #149 Nation VA | Oak Hill Academy
Ricks could be one of the more underrated prospects on the entire east coast and last night he showed that his recruitment should be a lot more heavier than it is. He showed his ability to knock down shots at a high level finishing 7/10 from the field including 3-4 from deep. He moves well with the ball in his hands and looks to always be engaged to help his team on offense.
6’1 AJ Williams AJ Williams 6'1" | SG Oak Hill Academy | 2021 State VA | Oak Hill Academy
When Oak Hill is looking for points, especially from deep, Williams is the guy. Williams has always been a pure shot maker throughout his years in high school and that is still evident. One thing that we noticed right away was how much stronger Williams has gotten since he made the move to Oak Hill. Williams finished with 14 points last night.
