Joseph Hardimon Joseph Hardimon 6'0" | CG Poplar Bluff | 2021 State MO 5’11″ Poplar Bluff: An athletic 2021 combo guard who plays much bigger than his actual size. He can attack the basket and score at different angles while on the move. He can use his strength and bounce to jump over people in the lane. He also broke away for some impressive dunks in transition.
B.J. Williamson 5’10 New Madrid Central: A talented 2024 who was one of the big reasons why the Eagles came away with the tournament championship. He is a tough, athletic player who doesn’t mind taking the action right at the defenders and he has a uncanny way of finishing. He was also a big factor defensively with his ability to shoot the passing lanes for steals and easy transition layups.
Quinn Scott 6’2″ Jackson: A 2022 who is a coach’s son who did a nice job of shooting the ball from 3-point range. He is a solid ball handler and decision maker who moves well without the basketball. He will also make a play off the dribble. He’s also a good passer who will get the ball to his team’s talented bigs.
AJ Ruff 5’8 New Madrid Central: Although just a 2024, he is already one of the best on-ball defenders that I’ve seen. It’s borderline ruthless the way he hawks the ball and gets underneath opposing ball handlers. He uses his quickness and anticipation to keep everyone in front of him. He didn’t shoot much, but when he did he had an accurate 3-point shot.
Gage Rivers 5’9 Poplar Bluff: A 2022 guard who had an impressive week with his ball handling and shooting. He scored in double figures in the semifinals and third place game. He provided an offensive spark with his timely 3-point shooting and ability to score in transition.
