Jaden Hardy Jaden Hardy 6'4" | CG Coronado | 2021 State #4 Nation NV 6’4 CG Coronado
Ranking: #4
Analysis: I’m ok with any of the top 5 guys in the country being ranked #1. Hardy has certainly done nothing to hurt his stock recently, putting on transcendent performances at the Border League and the top-flight classic. He’s clearly one of the top players in the country and will be an instant impact player for any program he attends.
Zaon Collins Zaon Collins 6'0" | PG Bishop Gorman | 2021 #37 Nation NV 6’0 PG Bishop Gorman
Ranking: #37
Analysis: The lighting quick PG could have easily been higher. Not a lot of separation between him and the next 7 guys IMO. Like everyone this year, Collins has had limited opportunities to showcase his skills. He decided to stay home and play for the UNLV Rebels, making him one of the most high profile recruits they’ve had in 30 years.
Will McClendon Will McClendon 6'4" | SG Bishop Gorman | 2021 State #42 Nation NV 6’3 SG Bishop Gorman
Ranked: #42
Analysis: McClendon will be finishing up one of the most decorated careers in Las Vegas High School basketball history. He’s been an integral part of 3 state titles and has made a name for himself by being willing to take and make big shots. He signed to attend UCLA next season and should add instant shooting and scoring to the Bruins.
Frankie Collins Frankie Collins 6'2" | PG Coronado | 2021 State #58 Nation NV 6’1 PG Coronado
Ranked: #58
Analysis: I’m fine with either Collins or McClendon being ranked ahead of each other. Collins is an athletic PG that gets to the rim and can finish with highlight-reel material. His ballhandling and playmaking ability has freed up Hardy to score the ball more. Collins has signed on to play for coach Juwan Howard and the University of Michigan.
Anthony Swift Anthony Swift 6'6" | SF Desert Pines | 2021 #189 Nation CA-S 6’6 PF Desert Pines (Featured Image)
Ranked: #189
Analysis: So happy for Swift. He’s a hard-playing forward that has turned himself into a nationally ranked prospect. Swift rebounds at a high level and plays with an insane motor. He’s also put in the work in the gym and developed a nice outside shot, allowing him to stretch the floor. He currently has offers from UNLV, Pepperdine, Fresno St, Depaul, and LMU. Swift has recently transferred to SCA academy to continue his season.
