. 6”4. SR(2021) FORDHAM PREP HS
Really high IQ on and off the court. Has a really nice floater off his quick first step. Can shoot it from the outside as well. Sound defensively, shoots the gaps. Gets his hands in passing lanes coming up with deflections and steals. Working on his lateral footwork in guarding the ball. NEC and Patriot league have interest, as well as many D2 programs.
Nate Boateng 6”6. JR (2022) FORDHAM PREP HS
A lefty rising junior can really get up. A rim protector. Coach is extremely high on. Has not been playing organized ball very long. Great defender. Good from 12 ft. and in. Needs to become a more consistent shooter from three. But can hit it. Will garner a lot of interest as he continues to learn the game.
Malachi Smith. 6”1. SR (2021) ST. RAYS HS
Recognized by coaches as one of the best players in the CHSAA. Very high basketball IQ. The consummate point guard. Always looking to attack the basket. Very crafty player. Extremely hard to guard him. Good mid range game as well. Working on becoming a more consistent shooter from three. Has offers from UMASS, St. Peters, Stony Brook, Iona, Robert Morris, Quinnipiac, Dayton, Washington St, Rutgers, Georgetown, East Carolina, Seton Hall and Wake Forest. This lists speaks for this talented player.
Dallis Dillard 6”3. SR(2021) ST. RAYS HS
Can really drill the three. One of the better shooters in the city. Has really elevated his game through hard work. Really good on the ball or off the ball defender. Early on in his high school career he was just a spot up shooter, but now possesses a nice mid range game. At 6”3 he can play above the rim. Needs to get stronger. Also working on breaking down defenders. Interesting player to watch as he has shown the work ethic to only get better.
Jireej Cole. 6”5. SO (2023) ST RAYS HS
A young strong athletic player. Very good in transition. Plays above the rim but also has a nice mid-range game. Good rebounder and shot blocker. High motor player. Working on handling the ball. High ceiling player.
Ahmir Moore. 6”1. SO (2023) ST RAYS HS
Good on the ball defender. Crafty scorer who can get to the basket off the bounce. Slasher type player. Needs to be more consistent with the three ball. Player to watch as he develops because he can score the ball.
