Big Shots: Youth Movement

<p>Lets take a look at some young players from the Palmetto State right here in this article. The future looks bright especially down here on the Grand Strand. His older brother Dallan will play football this coming season at Virginia Tech. Wright a left-handed guard has great length for a young age. Prep Hoops saw the Storm in Session 1 play. Faulkner really looks to defend on the ball and isn’t afraid to sacrifice his body on the floor for a loose ball. McLean 6’3 already has great footwork and size for a young age. McLean played with his back to the basket. I would be quite surprised if I don’t see him on the football field for Head Coach Mickey Wilson in the future.</p> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id="1016448" first="Devin" last="Grainger"] (2024) - Conway HS - Ascend Ballers (pictured on the front) </strong></p> <p>Grainger saw some minutes last season for the Tigers in Lower State Championship Game vs Dutch Fork HS. Grainger’s older from Darren is the Quarterback at Furman. Grainger a left-handed guard is a confident player on the floor. Grainger has the all the tools to be a special player down the road for the Tigers. Grainger connected on some perimeter jumpers and at times would slash to the cup. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
