Tru Washington Tru Washington 6'3" | CG AZ Compass Prep | 2023 State #61 Nation AZ 6’4 SF 2023 (#1PHA 2023) – One of the younger players at the camp was one of the biggest bullies. The lefty played downhill in both transition and half court, forcing several players to make business decisions.
Tyrone Washington Tyrone Washington 6'4" | PG AZ Compass Prep | 2021 State #33 Nation AZ 6’4 SG (#PHA 2021) (#3PHA 2021) – Technically Washington’s more of a point, but his ability to create a shot and finish in transition make him just as effective when playing on the wing.
Brett Hardt Jr Brett Hardt Jr 6'4" | PG Phhoenix Prep | 2021 State AZ 6’4 Phoenix Prep 2021 (#25PHA 2021) – Much like Washington, Hardt could be categorized as a point, however the lefty is good in one on one situations, and has the size and length to defend offensive wings. Loves to grab it off the defensive glass and go coast to coast.
Timothy Cochrane Timothy Cochrane 6'5" | SF Phhoenix Prep | 2022 State AZ 6’5 SF Williams Field 2021 (#51PHA 2021) – Cochrane shot it well, and showed good playmaking ability. Slashed and finished at the rim.
Kiran Oliver Kiran Oliver 6'4" | SG Phhoenix Prep | 2021 State AZ 6’4 SG Phoenix Prep 2021 (#5PHA 2021) (featured image) – A phenomenal athlete that punished the rim all weekend. Was on another level athletically than everyone else at the camp. At 6’4 Oliver can control the paint both offensively and defensively.
Shane Thomas 6’3 SG Durango 2022 (#PHN 2022) – Thomas made open shots, scored off the bounce and used his length to deflect several passes. One of the top 3 and D guys in Nevada showed why.
Billy Barnes 6’3 SF TMG Prep 2020 – The prototypical great at none, good at every type player. He defended, rebounded, and scored in transition.
Andrew King Andrew King 6'3" | CG Bella Vista Prep | 2022 State AZ 6’3 SG Phoenix Prep 2022 (#9PHA 2022) – King gets a ton of credit for his shooting, but he’s also a big time competitor who found other opportunities to score. He got offensive rebounds, used shot fakes to drive, and made defenders pay when he was left open.
Malachi Murrell 6’2 SF La Quinta 2022 – Murrell opened a ton of eyes at the camp. An uber long wing, he just overpowered people all week. He plays the 5 for his high school team, and with his length, athleticism and leaping ability, I see how he pulls it off.
