The state of Washington continues to blossom great athletes who have received opportunities to play at the next level. These players have proven all year round that they are capable of playing at the next level and now they turn there dreams into a reality.
Mutdung Bol Mutdung Bol 6'3" | CG Edmonds Woodway | 2020 State WA (Edmonds-Woodway) – The 6-foot-3 guard has made it official to play for Eastern Washington University. Bol has played with a high motor on both ends of the court. A versatile guard who has great instincts and can put the ball on the floor to create shots off the dribble and blow by defenders to get to the rack. The future Eagle is a tough player who does not shy away from the competition.
Aaron Von Bruck Aaron Von Bruck 6'4" | SG Nathan Hale | 2020 State WA (Nathan Hale) – The 6-foot-4 senior guard has committed to North Idaho College. Von Bruck is a dynamic athlete with a lot of potential. The versatility that Aaron displayed this season was consistent as he proved he can play against high-level competitors. The senior is a lockdown defender who will pick your pocket and block your shot but he is also a great rebounder and can score the ball.
Tru Allen Tru Allen 6'0" | PG Clarkston | 2020 State WA (Clarkston) – The Clarkston Bantam Star has signed to play for Coach Paul Rush and Northwest Nazarene. The crafty guard scored 21 points, grabbed 5.5 rebounds, dished 5 assists to go with 2 steals during his final high school season. The future Nighthawk is great with the ball in his hands, creating shots for himself but also spreading the floor and finding the open teammate.
Mason Christianson Mason Christianson 5'11" | CG Mountlake Terrace | 2020 State WA (Mountlake Terrace) – Christianson will be heading to Lewiston to play for Lewis and Clark State. The guard knows what it takes to win and will be an impact player for the Warriors. Christianson is a phenomenal floor general who works extremely hard on both ends. A very high IQ player.
Jace Barrett Jace Barrett 6'2" | SG Rogers | 2020 State WA (Rogers) – The lefty sniper has signed to attend Don Bosco Prep. The Rogers stand out is a great leader and an extremely hard worker. The 6-foot-2 senior has continued to develop every time I watch him play. A strong guard who can do a lot of things with the ball in his hands. A deadly shooter from beyond the arc that will blow by a defender at any given opportunity.
Davien Harris-Williams (Peninsula CC, Clover Park HS) – The sharpshooter has officially signed to the University of Providence, a D1 NAIA schools that ended the season with a 24 and 8 record. Harris-Williams has been lighting up the scoresheet since his days at Clover Park which career on to Peninsula. The crafty guard will be exciting to watch as he is a fearless player who scores the ball at all three levels but is also a great leader.
