6’4 Duncan Reid (Skyridge High School)
The Class of 2021 SG comes from a family of shooters. Not only can Duncan shoot the ball he can shoot on the move. He is one of those impressive players that moves well without the ball in his hands. The way he sets up his defender off of screens makes him one of the best shooters in the state. Duncan can shoot off the bounce and while he is set. He is a multi threat when it comes to the long ball. He has range as well. His mid-range game is elite as well. Duncan is a Division 1 shooter.
6’2 PG/SG LeGrand Burgess (Herriman High School)
With the emergence of LeGrand’s quality play at point guard this year we often forget what a great shooter he is. With the ball in his hands more often this year his touches have increased. When LeGrand is bringing the ball up the court he can create more opportunities for himself with his ability to shoot.
6’5 SG Trey Simms (Northridge High School)
Trey has great length when it comes to a shooter. He has the ball in his hands at Northridge a lot which enable him to shoot the ball. He had 7 three-pointers against Herriman.
6’4 PG/G Cameron Millican (Taylorsville High School)
Cameron is a player that shoots the ball well. He isn’t a high volume shooter but he takes quality shots. His shooting ability helps make his teammates around him better. With no true point guard on his team he is learning how to shoot from all over the floor.
6’2 G Carson Butler (Copper Hills High School)
Carson is one of those surprising players that has emerged. He hit 9 three-pointers against Farmington a few games ago. He is a knockdown shooter that doesn’t require a lot of touches. He is a 2021 prospect to keep an eye on going forward.
6’0 G Tige Vorhees (Fremont High School)
Tige is one of the most consistent shooter out there. With two other guards that get a lot of attention on his team Tige finds ways to make teams pay.
