Fayetteville Christian 2020 Daunte Gardner: Out of all the players that we saw, he probably played with the highest motor, constantly working and making plays for his team. Don’t let his height fool you, he may be smaller than many Forwards but there has been very few times that we have seen him outplayed or outworked in the post.
Grace Christian 2020 Phil Martin Jr: He provided a good amount of much needed offense for his team as he finished with 24 points on the night. His ability to shoot the ball from deep as well as beat players off the dribble, provided him the opportunity to score at a nice rate. We would love to see him be as aggressive as possible to score the ball as his team will need as much offensive production from him as possible.
Fayetteville Christian 2020 Jaden Scriven: He set the tone early on with a monster throw down as soon as the game started to get his teammates and the crowd going. His athleticism and strength are things that catch your attention about him almost instantly, he can play from Small Forward to Center for this squad and will be a valuable part of their success this season.
Fayetteville Christian 2021 Kelton Battle: The PG duties fell on his shoulders for the most part, he did a nice job of making sure to get everybody involved while keeping his turnovers at a pretty low rate. He has the ability to score the ball but doesn’t try to force anything, which is something that you love to see from an underclassmen PG.
Grace Christian 2020 Allan Taylor: Has legit height and weight for a college level post player, as he’s about 6’8 200+. Rebounding the ball is something that you know you will get from him on a nightly basis, regardless of if his offensive game is going or not. As the game went on, he seemed to get more aggressive to score offensively and would end up drawing quite a few fouls on opponents.
Fayetteville Christian 2021 Guard Logan Hardin: We saw this young man put hours and hours of work in the gym this summer on his game and the work has paid off without a doubt. He came in and provided a nice spark for his squad, knocking down multiple treys and coming up with some outstanding assist to teammates.
Grace Christian 2020 Jonah Murr: Shooting wise he didn’t have his best day but he still found ways to put the ball in the bucket and be productive. He finished with 15 points and 6 rebounds, with most of his buckets coming from him slashing to the paint.
