Of course, these are just educated guesses on which players are due to turn in a monster season. I’ll be covering every class, guards and forwards. Be aware that you will not see top ranked players on this list, as they are already at the peak of their stock.
Trent Hudgens 6’0 2020 G Moon Valley (Current Rank: #24)
Trent Hudgens really has the keys to the kingdom with Moon Valley this year. I expect him to have the green light and be the one primarily running the show. This type of freedom and scoring responsibility should open things up for Hudgens to have a pretty solid year scoring wise.
Dominic Gonzalez 6’3 2020 G Ironwood (Current Rank: #29)
Gonzalez is one of the most underrated guards in my opinion. I believe that he is a top 5 pure scorer in state, regardless of class. I fully expect him to average over 20 points this season easily and hopefully open up some more college opportunities for himself.
Robby Devries 6’3 2020 G Millennium (Current Rank: #57)
Devries is a transfer from Texas. If you have not seen him play, the kid can go. Devries can really shoot the ball well and I believe that he will greatly help Millennium on their hunt for the ring this season. Devries is new to the AZ high school basketball scene so I only see his stock going up.
Deven Franks 5’10 2020 G Casteel (Current Rank: #68)
Franks really performed at Section 7 and throughout club season. The kid can flat out score the ball. Coming into his senior season, I expect him to have a ton of opportunities to display his talents and in doing so, his stock will rise. Last year, he missed some games due to injury but now he is back and ready for his senior campaign.
