With the late addition to Miller, Nesbitt will bring good guard skills, a nice scoring punch and someone that coach Jack Meriwether can rely on to play good defense.
He caught up with us at DMVElite80 to talk about how it has been so far at Miller School, ““It has been good, Coach Jack is a real good coach. He prepares us for college and we get after it everyday, it is going to be a good season.”
He was looking forward to coming up to the DMV this past weekend to get more exposure against some of the best in the DC/MD area.
“I am trying to get more exposure, trying to showcase what I can do and show off all my aspects of the game.”
Going into his senior season, his recruitment seems pretty wide open as he has set up two official visits for later in the fall. He broke down some of the schools that are consistently showing interest in him.
Radford: “They are real high on me, I will be taking an official there at the end of September.”
Appalachian State: “They are showing a lot of interest in me. They have not offered yet but I think I am going to take a visit there soon and see what it is about.”
Longwood: “The whole staff is expecting to see me at Miller this week for workouts. They contact me everyday and I have enjoyed the campus when I have been there.”
Oral Roberts: “I am going to take an official visit there in late October. I talk with the coaches, it is a good school, a good program and they are in a good conference.”
North Texas: “I have always been close with North Texas. Coach Jareem Dowling is my Virgin Islands coach so I am going to always have a connection there.”
