2020 Mid December Top Performers
The 2020 class has put together some big time performances to start December play. This class continues to improve every time they take the floor. With Holiday tournaments around the corner, let’s take a look at those who have stood out.
Tommy Murr (Lindsey Lane): Murr continues to lead the nation in scoring. He also recently eclipsed the 3,000 point mark and moves into the top 10 in AHSAA history. Tommy dropped 47 points (32 in 2nd half) in a 77-70 win against sixth ranked Skyline .
Jaylon Stevenson (Holy Spirit): Stevenson has been on a tear for the Saints. He’s posted high number doubles doubles and has commanded the opponents attention. Recently, Jaylon posted 32-16-5 against Gordo. Stevenson is definitely a must see player.
Hayden Lamey (Briarwood Christian): Right now, Hayden is scorching the nets. He’s averaging 27 points over the last four games. During this stretch, Lamey has been super efficient (32/50 FGA) and scoring at all three levels.
Chance Beard (Briarwood Christian): Chance does not need to put up flashy numbers to have his impact felt. He does it all for the Lions. Recently, Beard filled up the stat line with 8-9-3 and had a huge defensive game (5 blocks and a steal).
Kam Woods (Pinson Valley): Woods is averaging 26 points per game. Kam is very entertaining to watch, can score from all levels. Recently Woods posted a 22-5-4 stat line and he
