Last offseason he played with All Ohio, but he says he’ll play with C2K Elite this offseason.
The goal for his 16U season: to get some offers.
“Recruitment kind of started last year when Xavier invited me to a couple of games and sent me some letters and stuff. But that’s the only school that I know of so far,” said Tribble.
“This summer my goal is to get a couple offers.”
A 6-foot-1 floor general, Tribble says attacking the hoop and being a playmaker for this team is a strength of his.
“I always want to keep the defense on their heels, and getting to the free-throw line is a strength of mine. And I like to make the defense pay attention to me so it opens up spots for my teammates to do things,” said Tribble.
“Things I need to work on is making the right decision and not getting overwhelmed.”
Already in his second season starting for the Warriors, Tribble is averaging 10.5 points and 3 assists per game.
His role with the team is pretty definite.
“They expect me to score the ball, keep my teammates under control, and to just be a leader out there on the court,” said Tribble.
