Jordan Barnes (CBC): Barnes averaged 19 points in two games last week in the Cadets’ victory over Vianney and loss to Chaminade.
Aaron Cook (Westminster): Cook suffered a shoulder injury and missed the Wildcats’ last three games. His return is uncertain.
Michael Hughes (Liberty North): The 6’9″ senior averaged 16 points in three victories last week over North Kansas City, Fort Osage and Staley. In the victory over Fort Osage, Hughes made a 75-foot shot that was the No. 2 highlight on ESPN’s Sportscenter last Friday.
K.J. Robinson (Blue Springs South): Robinson scored 23 points in a 67-65 victory over Lee’s Summit North. He then scored 30 points in a 74-59 loss to rival Blue Springs.
Xavier Sneed (Hazelwood Central): Sneed averaged 23 points a game in victories over Hazelwood East and Fort Zumwalt North. He scored 22 points against East and 24 points against Fort Zumwalt North.
Blake Spellman (Lee’s Summit): The senior guard scored 33 points in an 82-67 victory over Lee’s Summit West. He added 11 points in a 61-39 victory over Raymore-Peculiar. Lee’s Summit continues to be undefeated.
Jayson Tatum (Chaminade): Tatum had 38 points, nine rebounds and three assists in a 79-57 victory over CBC. He added 25 points, nine rebounds and three assists in a 65-39 win at DeSmet.
