Preseason All-Region Team: VHSL 1A East

MVP: Justin Williams; Senior WF - Surry County

A year removed from a 1A state semifinal berth, Surry County's Justin Williams has shown the ability to perform on the big stage. He averaged over 18 points and 5 assists during a junior campaign in which he earned VHSL 1A First-Team All-State honors. His recruitment has yet to take shape, but we wouldn't be surprised to see it do so soon.

First Team

Marquez Holmes: Senior PG - Middlesex

Navy Jones: Senior PG - Altavista

Justin Williams: Senior WG - Surry County

Josh Good: Senior PF - Luray

Josh McClure: Junior PF - Altavista
