Recently Bronner reclassified to the 2017 class and has since moved to Hillcrest Prep which features high profile recruit Marvin Bagley. Hillcrest will be a Nike sponsored program and hope to be the Findlay Prep of Arizona which features a tough schedule which includes local junior college powers as well as nationally ranked prep schools.
Bronner played summer league for Pinnacle in the ACU Team Camp as well the PV summer league. Bronner than took July off once he realized he planned to reclassify and also wanted to “rest” his body, and train and lift. Currently, Bronner says he is in talks with a couple “EYBL” teams.
Bronner said, “I chose to go to Hillcrest because I decided it was a better opportunity for my future in basketball, and I reclassified one for age and two to get my skills and body ready for the next level.
Looking ahead to the season he says, “It will be a great year for me and my teammates at Hillcrest, I see our young team really growing together and having a successful year. I think it will be great for Arizona basketball.”
In terms of college recruitment Bronner has yet to hear from any schools but hopes that will change after his first season at Hillcrest. When looking to choose a school Bronner is looking for an “opportunity for playing time, development programs, and competition.”
