Joe Wieskamp, Muscatine, 2018: The Iowa commit took the MAC by storm last year, leading the conference in scoring and connecting on 40% of his shots from behind the arc. He'll most definitely be a marked man by opponents once again this season, but with his (still) developing all-around game, he's got the talent to overcome that and still produce at a high level. Putting up the numbers he does, with not nearly as much help as some other players, is what narrowly edges him over a guy like Will Carius.
