White shot nearly twice as many times as any of his teammates, but still managed to be ultra-efficient and finish top-five in the state in assists. Not to mention the state-best 127 steals he picked up on defense. A simply brilliant season.
Josh VanLingen (Western Christian) – 19.0 ppg, 60.3 FG%, 71.0 FT%, 65 assists, 59 blocks, 12.8 rpg
The forward had a spectacular junior campaign and is in a great position heading into his final high school summer. He's one of the state's best.
TJ Hockenson (Chariton) – 23.1 ppg, 61.2 FG%, 42.1 3FG%, 70.6 FT%, 11.1 rpg, 72 assists, 45 steals, 39 blocks
Hockenson had a great sophomore season and then followed it up with an even better junior campaign. His efficiency and counting stats are through the roof as he was one of the most productive players in the state.
Ryan Kriener (Spirit Lake) – 19.8 ppg, 71.3 FG%, 36 steals, 24 blocks, 8.5 rpg
One of the top prospects in the state, Kriener transferred from New Hampton and didn't skip a beat with Spirit Lake. His field-goal shooting percentage is flat-out amazing and it appears he's only getting better.
Levi Jansen (MOC-Floyd Valley) – 21.5 ppg, 51.3 FG%, 44.3 3FG%, 70.1 FT%, 57 assists, 60 steals, 7.5 rpg
Jansen gets buckets, whether inside the arc or out. He's one of the best offensive weapons in the state and showed it during his junior season.
